Best I could sum up my feelings towards this particular strip.

Uh, is she offering the cupcake to the robot, or to the other guy? I thought it was to the other guy, which makes no sense (shouldn’t the robot be happy the cupcake was good?), but the other comments make me think she’s offering it to the robot. THAT would be funny, but the unclarity spoiled the humor.

Rock Ripsnort, she’s offering it to the guy. And the robot is sad because he isn’t able to taste it. His entire life is in that cupcake, and all he can do is wish he could enjoy it.
