I still don’t get it, but I’ll forego criticism until I see the final part.

The little kid is the ghost, being frightened by a normal patient?

I still like the ‘knitting needles’ in his gut. (:

Hmmmm…..
an organ reciever being haunted by the organ donator?

Hmmmmm *redux*
the donator (Kid = dead=ghost)
haunted by the (half-dead-out-of-body-experiencing-on-the-operation-table) organ reciever?
nice one with the red shirt btw. Red doorknob, red balloon and red dress approve

I’ve seen this comic before, sorry to spoil it for you, but the kid is actually dead. Though I can’t remember what’s the twist with the glowing guy, maybe it’s some recently deceased patient that wants to take him to heaven or something.

The direction of movement in this strip is very confusing. The fourth panel is particularly confusing–did the doctors turn around and switch positions between 3 and 4? Or did the kid run back around the ghost, forcing the ghost to turn around in pursuit? Perhaps the ghost is just moonwalking.
Otherwise, excellent strips sir

….for some reason, I can’t count. Please replace “fourth” with “sixth”, 3 with 5, 4 with 6
