There was a black guy who worked there and he designed a modern basketball shoe made out of soft, white painted leather and rubber. he took pride in it, but everyone thought it was silly. It was suppose to be funny because everyone in the factory thought he was dumb for thinking it was a good design, and now we all wear them. yea. it was kind of a big movie.
