		<description>I saw this as similar to individual perceptions on energy use.  Sure one person would make a neglible mark on the a situation however each person (every vote counts right?) reacting the same way as the 1st bright spark would doom us all.  The lifestyle loss for little percieved gain goes against our selfish ways.</description>
