Welcome to the third incarnation of the SCP website! I liked the older version, but I got tired of the hoops that I had to jump thorough in order to maintain it. I had written the thing from scratch (beginners guide to PHP in hand), and the lack of polish really showed in the back-end.

This version is using ComicPress, which seems sufficiently spiffy. I’m actually quite impressed with the editing features and plug-ins so far. I don’t even have to type in html tags to make new paragraphs in news posts!

I think that most of the old content has survived the transition.  If you notice any missing strips please drop me a line. The old comments unfortunately had to go, but the new commenting system looks much easier to use.

The next update will be this weekend. I kind of lost my stride this summer (lots of travelling!), but things should smooth out from here on in.
