I have no idea why I like this so much. I think it’s the expressions on everyone’s faces, the flawed but functional English, the little details of the loan officer’s jewellery. The ludicrousness of the situation.
Maybe that will be my new signature: “Troll and Bank not agree on economic basis for value.”

The best thing is that this is a delightfully concise summary of the disconnect between modern economics and the labor theory of value.
