I thought Tommy Gun at first before I noticed the magazine was too wide. After that I thought Grenade Launcher aswell.

Also, I find it funny that the flamethrower has a magazine (which is used to hold bullets).

I liked the second panel. It reminds me of some cartoon that had a character that always liked talking really close to the screen when making important points.
The Mario looking guy with knives didn’t get any technology…

It’s called a drum magazine. some tommy guns had drum mags, but they weren’t so wide. also tommy guns have wooden stocks (the part that you brace on your arm/shoulder.)

Looks like a grenade launcher. Tommy guns are longer, have a smaller round area (magazine? not sure what it is called because it is round) and usually a second grip beyond the magazine/whatever.
