A tinfoil hat could help you or the mind reader depending on its construction, but it would really help against government mind control beams. It would reflect a good portion of it, but it wouldn’t act as much of a lens.

No , V, its the aluminium foil that aids them… but most kitchen foil is aluminium rather than tin these days… which is why you shouldnt try to prevent mind control without supervision…
