Making Machines for the Carrot Empire
I like the giant carrot men I created here, but I am less-enamored with the gradient fill backgrounds.
This is one of the first of many strips to be set in an industrial setting. I was still in grad school when I wrote it - factories and assembly lines started showing up more often once I graduated and started working at a “real” job.

One of the best. It’s no wonder you return to industrial and subjugation themes so often.
And c’mon, bunnies.

The carrot juice in the fifth panel was a nice touch.

If you had to draw a less psychopathic carrot you wouldn’t be able to use that hairstyle. That is the hairstyle of a frustrated and unreasonable carrot.
