This is the first strip in the archives that I actually still kind of like. If you can get by the art-quality and stilted dialog, you can see some of the later SCP themes starting to appear.

    The outline of the monkey’s form as the bomb explodes is hauntingly ghoulish. Poor little creature.

    Just so you know, I discovered this comic when I searched Google Images for “exploding monkeys.” I’m glad I did.
